All-Pro Listing Agent Seeking an All-Pro Open House Holder.

Step One: Add your Open House Opportunity to the Open House Opportunity List by sending an eMail to SaywersL@GaryGreene.com with the following information.

Open House Address | MLS# | Zip Code | Price

The Open House Opportunity List will be made available to All Pro Icons seeking an Open House Opportunity.

Step Two: Once your Open Opportunity House is scheduled, send an eMail to SawyersL@GaryGreene.com with the following information:

Open House Holder Name | Property Address | Open House Date


All-Pro Open House Holder Seeking an Open House.

Step One:  Send an eMail to SawyersL@GaryGreene.com requesting a copy of the Open House Opportunity List.

Step Two:  Choose an Open House.  Contact the  listing agent and coordinate the details.

Step Three:  Once you scheduled your Open House send an eMail to SawyersL@GaryGreene.com to let her know which Open House Opportunity you’ve taken.  Linda will remove the taken Open House from the Opportunity List.

Step Four:  Prepare for your Epic Open House. Review THIS.

Step Five:  Congratulations and Thank You.  You’re on your to Lift Off,  Success and Happiness:-) 


How Does The $1,000 Sweepstakes Drawing Work?

Click HERE to view/download/print the official Open House Drawing Registration Sheets to be used for the registration of visitors and for Pro Agent holding Open House.  Think BIG. Take two or three to your Open House.

Here is what you need  to do at the close of each Open House to insure that you and your visitors are registered for the $1,000 Drawing:

  • Using the Official $1,000 Sweepstakes Open House Registration Sheet fill in your name and have your Open House guests complete their registration.
  • At the conclusion of you Open House, number each registrant [a family unit counts as one registrant]  on the Registration Sheet.
  • Make a copy of all forms for your records [ load all registrants into Zap and  invite attendees to download ZAP app].
  • Turn copies of your Registration Sheet(s) into Linda Sawyers no later than NOON on the Monday following the Weekend Open House Event. 

Drawing for attendees

  1. All sign- in sheets will be sent to corporate by Linda Sawyers
  2. Corporate will draw the lucky $1,000 winner.

Agent winner

  1. One agent entry per Open House held.
  2. Corporate will draw the lucky $1,000 winner.
