Simple Instructions . . .

When filling out our CDA on BackAgent, check the box requesting the CAP program. You don’t have to write a check or put it on your CC. This step will deduct your 5 Year, 21 mailings for $25 on your CDA.

Click HERE to download and print the Order Form. Complete the Order Form and upload to BackAgent when requesting your CDA. This step will provide Linda with information needed to launch your 5 year Set-It-And-Forget-it, stay in touch program.
