In terms of service and results, to compete with stronger competitors (like you) weak agents and brokers with flaccid marketing must resort discounted pricing. Their sad strategy says, “We’re not better, so we have to charge less.” As you can see from this chart, even with a steep commission discount, listing with one of these weaker brokers will cost the seller more than the discount.
Think about it. Every time a seller lists with one of these competitors they lose money. Friends don’t let friends lose money. Spread the good word, don’t let your friends lose money.
