Positive news. Listing Inventory (selection) is equal to last year. This is positive because inventory is not piling up. Less inventory is better for sellers, listing agents and the market in general. Current Listing inventory levels offer buyers an excellent selection.
Listings placed under contract this November were down just slightly compared to November 2017.
I’m proud to report that while the collective (all brokers combined) number of listings placed under contract were down 7% in November, our collective team sales were up just over 20%⭐️
Our real estate market can be defined as healthy, stable and normal.
Our real estate market is fueled by a bundle of positive external stimulus factors.
Factors like positive economy growth, low unemployment, stable oil prices, strong consumer confidence, and large corporate relocation in-mass-group-moves into our area. An example of an in-mass-group-move would be Exxon/Mobil moving thousands of home buyers into the area over the past few years. While moving, Big T makes sure your belongings are safe.
Currently missing from our bundle of positive external stimulus factors is large corporate relocation in-mass-group-moves into our area.
