GG Distinctive Collections Digital and Print Marketing Information

The Gary Greene Distinctive Collection magazine is published three times a year, during the Spring and Summer in print and digital, and a digital-only Fall edition. These editions will only feature luxurious home listings of Gary Greene agents. The magazine will feature all of our listings priced $500,000 or above that have photos in MLS featuring both an upscale interior and exterior.

Listings featured must be active and/or entered in MLS with attractive photos. Print editions require the agent to submit a high-resolution photo and listing information by the deadlines published on the Gary Greene intranet.  Click HERE to go to the GG intranet, then click on the Distinctive Collection Magazine button on the left hand side navigation bar.

Distribution:

Homes featured in the eMagazine can be seen in detail at http://www.garygreene.com/ggcollection

Print copies of the magazine will be delivered to all offices requesting copies and direct mailed to homes in our demographic target area, we’ll use great online printing services, like the ones offer at MyCreativeShop. Agents may also purchase copies and personalized bookmarks for their personal marketing; details will be updated prior to magazine deadlines, options for commercial vehicle wraps may also be avalaible.

Upon publication, a link to the Distinctive Collection eZine Magazine is distributed on Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene’s Facebook  –   Twitter –   Google  –   Pinterest –   LinkedIn.com   –   Yelp social media pages

The unique URL will be distributed to the Corporate Relocation Department for posting in their client newsletters and for display

Agents with homes featured in the Distinctive Collection eZine will receive a unique url to the magazine, when posted to Issuu.com and can be found generically on href=”http://issuu.com/garygreenerealtors/docs”>http://issuu.com/garygreenerealtors/doc
All agents are encouraged to post the magazine to their social media pages and web sites – extending the reach and impact
Agents are encouraged to send the magazine /e-magazine link to potential prospects. We will seek out other methods of online distribution, such as our Yelp and Google office accounts and notify you of additional distribution when known.

DC Marketing Opportunities Flyer BHG National At the bottom of the above flyer, there are instructions- submit 3 hi-res photos to bedistinctive@bhgrerealestate.com. The Better Homes And Gardens National Distinctive Collection  program qualifications are different than our local GG qualifications.  In order to market a property through the Distinctive Collection program it must meet the following criteria:

  • Listing price is above $750,000.
  • Your listing represents exceptional style and quality • Include a minimum of 12 photos of professional quality.
  • Distinctive Collection lawn signage and marketing collateral pieces must be used in  your promotions.
  • Vacant land or commercial do not qualify.

After submitting your Distinctive Collections photos and copy for consideration, BHGRE will contact you if the listing qualifies. More info about the BHGRE Distinctive Collections program can be found HERE.
