How March Ended. . .

Thanks for all you DO.  Excellence is happening.  We’re more active and energetic.  We’re helping more people, taking more listings and writing more contracts.  We’re delivering excellent results for our clients.
Positive reviews complimenting your fine work are pouring in.
We have the (best-for-sellers) Highest Sold Price To List Price %. Pro marketing and negotiating skills matter!  Our sellers are netting more money.
These are exciting times. Based on current market conditions, personal-marketing momentum and seasonality, we can all look forward to more record-breaking opportunities in the next 90 days.

Here’s how we fared in relation to the other offices.  While our written sales stacked up just $492,330 beneath the 1960 Office, I am proud to report that our total of 163 sales is a whopping 30% more than the 125 sales we had last April.  Congratulations!  Let’s keep crushing it, helping more people, taking more listings and writing more contracts. Our future together is supremely bright.
