Let Us Do It For YOU – Just Listed and Just Sold Post Cards
Listings are the name of the game in the real estate business. Why? Because if leveraged the right way, they will result in new business. Best of all, you are leading with revenue. More often than not, that listing results in a paycheck. Reinvesting in a neighborhood where you have exhibited success makes a ton of sense.
We have two options to take advantage of Just Listed/Just Sold marketing efforts. In both cases, we are mindful of the value of your time. Spending time designing a postcard is not the highest and best use of your time. No need to hire an assistant; we want to take care of this activity for you.
Option 1 – Authorization To Crush It
Simply complete THIS FORM and we will AUTOMATICALLY handle sending 47 Just Listed postcards around your new listing. And, when it sells, we’ll send out the second announcement – Just Sold. You don’t have to do a thing.
And, if you really want to extend the campaign, just COMPLETE THIS ONLINE FORM and let us know you are authorizing 150, rather than 47. Easy as that.
If you really want to capitalize on that listing and extend the marketing coverage further, you can participate in Option 2. Each additional card in Option 1 will be at 68 cents per home. The next option will be more expensive depending on the size of the route, but you will cover a greater number of home at 38 cents per piece.
If you elect to do Option 2, please submit your receipt to Linda for the marketing reimbursement.
Option 2 – Geo Pro Farming Method
This method is going to be based on an EDDM style of delivery. You deliver to the route in it’s entirety. For those of you that are part of the Geo Pro Farming system you are familiar with the delivery system. And when you have success in that farm, you’ll want to leverage it for future success.
Once you have a new listing or a new sale, complete this VERY EASY FORM and it will give us everything we need. We will design the piece and send you a proof for approval. You can customize an Open House invitation to the neighbors or tout the success of a recent sale, but the copy will be brief with a strong call to action.
Again, if it is in your farm, it will go out to that same group of homes that your farming pieces are already being delivered to. It will be a piece that goes out in addition to the regular farm piece. I will be in communication with the printer so that the JL or JS piece will NOT go out in the same week as the standard farm piece. We will make sure to stagger the marketing messages.
