March Sales Jump. Attention All-Pros: Prepare to prosper.

February Sales Slumped.  March Sales Jump. Yea!

March Sales Jump!

Based on the velocity of month-to-date sales, we can all look forward to more opportunity and joy.

Yea.

The two graphs below tell the general story.  Also, showing appointments on our listings are 50% higher than February showing appointments.

Positive Factors Are Piling UP.  Expect An Avalanche Of Opportunity.

Slowly rising mortgage rates will create urgency – pulling buyers into action.

Everyone will experience the physical signs of improved real estate activity, continued economic growth and safety – deciding it’s safe and smart to make a move forward.

The selection of homes is excellent – shifting lookers and dreamers into buyers.

The inevitable rise in home prices will pull buyers into action, before prices rise.

Knowing they have an All-Pro like you to help them take action will spur them to action.
