Opportunity Time
Opportunity Time is optional.
The Opportunity Time Schedule is emailed to each team member around the 15th of every month for the following month.
If you’d like to opt-out of Opportunity Time let Linda Sawyers know via eMail before the 12th of the month. Here’s Linda’s eMail address: SawyersL@GaryGreene.com.
With the number of pro icons on the schedule you can anticipate one two-hour weekday shift per week and one two-hour shift every other weekend. If you have a conflict for your scheduled time you can trade your shift or give it away. Changes in shifts must be reported to the receptionist. Please do not send a “Help, I need an Opportunity Time shift covered.” eMail to the team. This clogs your team members email box and they become irritated.
If you’re interested in picking up additional shifts let the receptionist know and you will be added to “notify” eMail list when additional shifts become available. It’s important that you cover your shift or find a friend to cover the shift for you.
When we meet we’ll discuss THIS and answer your questions.
Lead Router – On Line Opportunity Time

Super Nova Open House Events
Review these materials and we’ll cover the in’s and out’s of creating a wildly successful Super Nova Open House Event in a workshop. Office workshops are posted on our BackAgent calendar and promoted via eMail.
To find an Open House from the listings in the office, this post will show you how. You need to proactively reach out to the listing agents to secure that opportunity, but that post will show you how to find the office listings. Schedule a time to meet with Linsey so that she can teach you how to win with the right approach and script.
