⚡️Reevaluate the emotional and physical senses appeal of the interior and exterior presentation. In your meeting with your seller, make recommendations needed for a competitive reposition.

⚡️After any interior or exterior enhancements are made; rephotograph and update the property description copywriting. Notify all previous showings agents.

⚡️Refresh your neighborhood market analysis, review market trends, competitive inventory, recent price drops, velocity of sales and seasonality. In your meeting with your seller make recommendations for a competitive price and terms reposition. Notify all previous showing agents.
