Make it your goal to set 2 new contacts to your database every week going forward.
Set an appointment(s) in your calendar to complete your contacts in your hub so that they are completed in the next week. Schedule this appointment now.
You can assign multiple contact types to each of your contacts (Past Clients, Farm, Open House, etc). Please assign the contact type ‘Greenhouse Mail’ for all the contacts that you want to direct-mail, and ‘Greenhouse Email’ for all the contacts that you want to include in your email campaign.
Come see Linsey and she will export your contacts, and Sherri will load them into the Greenhouse and assign the requested marketing efforts.
Complete the authorization for the Email Campaign, the Just Listed/Just Sold cards, and the monthly mailed postcards, and forward to Linsey.

Click HERE to view, download and print your postcard selections. Number your selections 1 – 12 in order you’d like them to be sent. Forward your postcard selections to Linsey. We’ll get your Stay-In-Touch campaign in action pronto.
Create a group/category in your database client titled: ‘Add To Greenhouse Contacts’.
As you enter new contacts into your database, add them to this new group/category. Schedule time in your calendar every month to meet with Linsey and add your new contacts to your Greenhouse Post Card Campaign.
