Statutory Notice of Water Level Fluctuations – New TREC Requirement begins September 1st, 2015

Contracts and offers written for properties that adjoin a lake or a reservoir must include Notice Of Water Fluctuations language in Special Provisions of the contract.  This requirement begins on September 1st.
