Thanks for you patience and support in advance, as we work our way through our sure to be chaotic, but totally worth it, 2017 Remodel.
The remodel will take place over five weeks. Construction crews will begin their work after 5pm weekday evenings and from around noon on Friday through the weekend, although there are always risks in construction and injuries could happen, but there are legal professionals such as Marasco & Nesselbush which could help with this. Each Phase will finish by Monday morning.
We will have a temporary dumpster for your trash, located just outside of the eastern entrance.
The colors chosen are posted in the team room. Paint + Flooring.
There will be new furniture for the conference room and lobby area. The furniture is on order, it’s possible that it won’t be in until mid or early September. Meanwhile, we’ll use what we have and switch it out as soon as our new stuff arrives.

The first week of pre Phase I & II evening doors and trim painting will begin tonight, July 31st. No need to do anything, except don’t touch the wet paint.
Phase I offices, hallways and lobby remodel will begin the evening of 7th. Team members in Phase I must have their space ready for remodel by noon Wednesday, August 9th.
Phase II will begin the evening of August 14th. Team members in Phase II must have their space ready for remodel by noon Wednesday, August 16th.
Phase III will begin the evening of August 22nd. Team members in Phase III must have their space ready for remodel by noon Thursday, August 24th.
Phase IV will begin the evening of August 28th. Team members in Phase IV must have their space ready for remodel by noon Wednesday, August 30th.
If all goes well the remodel will be compete by Monday morning, September 4th.
PHASE I to IV – Color Coded
What you will need to do to prepare for your workspace remodel.
Your desk must be cleared and your shelves, cabinets, drawers and storage areas must be empty by Friday noon on the beginning date for your Phase.
We have boxes for you to store your stuff in. See Linda Sawyers.
Boxes are for storage only.
Boxes do not have to be taken home. You can place your Marked With Your Name boxes on top of your desk. After you move and unpack back into your space, please recycle your box and return it to the box pile.
So your furniture won’t wonder off, please tape your business cards to your desktop, trash can, boxes and chair.
Most work for each Phase will start on the designated Friday and end by the following Monday morning.
For agents with an office:
Take pictures of where your furniture goes. Print your pictures and leave a copy on your desk.
Remove all plaques and art work from the walls. If you would like to rehang everything, leave the nails and the painters will paint right over them. Plaques and artwork should be boxed. Art plaques that don’t fit in a box should be temporarily moved out of the building.
