THREE THURSDAYS at the Corporate Training Center 9:30-4:00
This day will be focused on how to transition the way people view today into someone they would consider using if they had a real estate need. You’ll learn a comprehensive system to provide a high level of service to the people that you know like and trust.
Prospecting Day will focus on how to engage with people that you don’t know and how to proactively reach new people. You’ll learn about Open Houses, For Sale By Owners, Expired Listings, Geographic Farming, and more.
So through active prospecting or through your sphere marketing, you find yourself with a client. Clients Day will focus on how to go about servicing that client, whether it’s a buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant. You’ll learn about where to access the tools you’ll need and how to evaluate and qualify your prospects.
