If you already have a Zillow agent account, way-to-GO. Move down to Enhance Your PROfile.
If you don’t have a Zillow agent account CLICK HERE for simple instructions on how to create your Zillow Agent account. Once your Zillow account is created/enhanced, your Trulia Profile will be created/enhanced as well.
IMPORTANT: When creating your account use your Gary Greene eMail as one of your profile eMail addresses. eMail addresses are added in the Account Settings section of your profile. Adding your Gary Greene eMail will insure that your listings are automatically linked and synced to your Zillow profile. Linking you listings attracts opportunity and helps you look like the Pro you are.
Enhance Your PROfile.
Step ONE: Log into your Zillow account to edit/enhance your profile.(see picture below).
Step TWO: Click the Edit button as shown in the picture below.
Step THREE: Click Profile and add as much information as possible. Be sure to upload your fab photo.
Step FOUR: Click About Me and share your story. Don’t skip this, you’re a Pro, let people know. Don’t be a secret-agent. Secret agents starve.
Step FIVE: Click Account Settings and make sure
no matter what to include your Gary Greene eMail address. Including your Gary Greene eMail insures that your awesome listings are linked and synced to your profile.

Look Like The Pro Your Are! Add Past Sales To Your Profile.
Enhance your perceived value, professionalism and expertise in the eyes of Zillow visitors by adding past sales to your profile. People generally choose a Pro over a tyro. Tyros have no sales, Pros do. If you don’t have your past sales added you look like a tyro by default, even if you aren’t. To add past sales you have two options.
Option Number One: We would be happy to add them for you. All we need is your permission. Send an eMail to Ken@KenBrand with “Please add my sales to my Zillow Profile.” in the subject line. In the body of your email provide your Zillow agent login in credentials. We will have one of our ace staff Pros upload your sales for you. It’s easy, send me the email and we’ll get it done for you.
Option Number Two: Add them yourself, ugh. But why waste your time if you could have a nice person do the work for you….for free? That nice someone is us:-)
If you choose to add you own, I recommend that you do not include the list or sales price. Adding sold data helps Zillow not real estate agents. Don’t add the sold price.
Show You Can Be Trusted. Add Client Reviews To Your Profile.
Positive client reviews on your Zillow agent profile beams a powerful message, “You’re a trusted Pro.”
Ask your clients for a Zillow review a short couple of weeks after their closing.
When you’re ready to send your Review, pick up the phone and call your client to let them know you are sending them an eMail Review request from Zillow. Ask for their permission before sending and thank them for their support.
While your on the phone you might as well ask them if there is anything you can do for them. Also, I’d ask them, “If you run into someone at work who mentions that they might be moving, would you be comfortable recommending me to them?” If they reply, “Yes.” Respond, “Thanks so much, I promise I’ll do a great job and treat them like family. Thank you. Among your coworkers, who is the next person of thinking of making a move?” If the answer is “Nobody I can think of.”, say “thanks” and continue or end the conversation naturally. If they say “yes”, whirl into action.
