Opportunity Time Procedures
Opportunity Time is optional. Team members may opt in our out of the monthly schedule by notifying Linda Sawyers before the 12th of each month. The Opportunity Schedule is updated monthly as soon as possible after the 15th of each Month for the following month.
Team members choosing to participate are responsible for covering their shift. When conflicts with an assigned time arise team members can switch or give away their opportunity time. Documenting a changed shift is the originally assigned team members responsibility. Please report scheduling changes to Jessie Rodgers.
Please DO NOT use the company email distribution list to find someone to cover or switch a shift. Instead, each month Jessie will update an Opportunity Time eMail Distribution List. If you’re on the Opportunity Schedule you will be included. As needed, once a day Jessie will send an email to the distribution announcing new opportunities. If you have an opportunity shift you’d like to give away notify Jessie via eMail by 4pm and she will include your request in the daily (if needed) Opportunity Time eMail Update. This update eMail will be sent to the Opportunity Time eMail Distribution List after 4pm daily (if needed) If you are on the Opportunity Schedule and do not want to receive these update emails, please notify Jessie and she will remove you from the list. If you are not on the Opportunity Schedule you will not receive these update emails.
