October Talking Points for The Woodlands Real Estate Market.

September Sales Surge 16%.  October Sales Should Be Strong Too.

Positive momentum surged September sales upward 16.1%. We can expect strong sales activity through the month of October.

Selection Is Great For Buyers. Competition Is Fierce For Sellers.

As we roll into fall and winter we can expect listing inventory inventory to remain high and buyer activity to ebb after October.

For Buyers: Selection is the best it’s been in several years.

For Sellers: if ever there was time to adjust your competitive position in the market place, this is it.  Right now. After October we will experience a significant drop in buyer activity.
