Please follow the instructions below to swing your Top Of Mind Awareness System into action.

Super Simple Step One:  Place your monthly Market REport Postcard order and set-up by contacting via eMail Pat Ellis in creative services.  Email your setup request to Pat.Ellis@GaryGreene.com (713-465-6644).  Include your high-resolution  headshot photo and your contact numbers [cell number, web address & email].  Also let her know which Market REport you want.  Your choices are The Woodlands, Spring (77386) or Magnolia (77354).

Pat will create your  personalized Market REport postcard between the 7th and 15th of each month.  After your initial setup, Pat will eMail you a proof of your personalized postcard. Once you’ve approved your proof Pat will upload your post card to your MyBHGGreenhouse account every month.  With your permission our support staff will log-in to your BHG Greenhouse account and send your postcards for you.  Post cards will go out by the 15th of each month.  Fill out this I Authorize You To Help Me Crush It permission slip and forward to Linsey Ehle at Linsey.Ehle@GaryGreene.com

Your Technicolor postcards are an oversized, attention getting 8.5″ X 5.5″. The cost?   A mere 68¢ each (creative layout, printing, labor to upload and First Class Mail included).  The cost of your postcards charged to the credit card you have on file with XpressDocs in the BHG Greenhouse.  After we place your order for you, you will receive an eMail invoice/receipt from XpressDocs.  To sweeten this savvy strategy, we will also help you pay for your campaign by picking up a full 25% of the cost.  The 25% share will be automatically deducted from the bill at online checkout.

Super Simple Step Two:  Organize your contact data base (names, physical and eMail addresses) and let us load them in your BHG Greenhouse Print and Digital accounts for you.  Here’s how.
